Policy.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We accept returns only where we have shipped an incorrect item, unused and in original packaging.

1. Overview
This Returns Policy sets out the circumstances in which AurumLabs Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) will accept returns and provide refunds or replacements for products purchased from aurum-labs.co. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read together with them.
2. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds except in the limited circumstances set out in clause 3 below.
Because our products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only, the statutory rights that would otherwise apply to consumer goods intended for personal use do not apply in the same way. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this.
3. When We Will Accept a Return
We will accept a return and provide a replacement or refund only where all of the following conditions are met:
— We have shipped an item that does not match the order you placed (i.e. an incorrect product); and
— The item is reported to us in writing within 7 days of delivery; and
— The item is returned to us unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
If all of the above conditions are met, we will at our discretion either ship the correct item to you at our cost or refund the amount paid for the incorrect item.
4. When We Will Not Accept a Return
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason other than an incorrect item being shipped by us. This includes, but is not limited to:
— Change of mind.
— Ordering the wrong product or the wrong dose size.
— Dissatisfaction with the product.
— Any consequence arising from misuse of the product.
— Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
— Items reported to us more than 7 days after delivery.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return under clause 3, please contact us at support@aurum-labs.co within 7 days of delivery with the following:
— Your order number.
— A description of the issue and, where possible, photographs of the item and packaging received.
Do not return any item to us without prior written authorisation. Any item returned without authorisation will not be processed and may be returned to you at your expense.
Once your return is authorised, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Please ensure the item is packed securely to avoid damage in transit.
6. Refunds
Where a refund is granted under this policy, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
