Every batch is tested by an accredited third-party laboratory. Testing includes HPLC purity and mass spectrometry. The Certificate of Analysis covers all units from that batch. Lot numbers are printed on all vials.
We ship to the UK, most EU member states, Switzerland, UAE, South Africa, Mexico and Brazil. We cannot ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Norway or Denmark due to import restrictions.
Orders dispatched within 24 business hours. UK delivery: 1–3 business days tracked. International: 5–10 business days.

All lyophilised compounds are stored at 2–8°C. Orders ship with a cold-pack to maintain integrity during transit. Once received, lyophilised peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term stability, or 2–8°C if reconstituted.
