Everything you need to know about our products, ordering, shipping, and quality standards.

Products
All products are strictly for in-vitro and in-vivo laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal self-administration, therapeutic use, food, drug, or any diagnostic application. Purchasers accept full legal responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.
All compounds are supplied as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in sterile sealed vials. Lyophilisation maximises shelf stability and allows for long-term storage. Bacteriostatic water for reconstitution is available separately in our supplies section.
Our GLP-1 class peptides (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide etc.) are verified at 99%+ purity. All other research peptides are verified at 98%+ purity. Exact purity for each batch is stated on the Certificate of Analysis downloadable from the product page.
Most compounds are held in stock for immediate dispatch. Some compounds are marked “Out of stock” when a batch has sold through and a new production run is being tested. Use the “Notify me” option on any out-of-stock product to be emailed when it returns.
Yes — contact us via the form on our About page. We evaluate new compound requests based on research demand, synthesis availability, and testability. If we can source and verify a compound to our quality standards, we’ll add it to the catalogue.
Ordering
Purchasers must be 18 or over and confirm that products are for legitimate in-vitro or in-vivo laboratory research. By completing a purchase, the buyer accepts full legal responsibility for compliance with local regulations governing research chemicals in their jurisdiction.
We currently accept UK and international bank transfers. UK customers can use Faster Payments — orders typically clear within 2 hours. International customers should use SWIFT in GBP only. Payment instructions including account details and a unique order reference are provided at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. UK orders are sent via tracked Royal Mail or courier. International orders are sent via tracked international courier. You can also check your order status in My Account.
Orders can be modified or cancelled before dispatch. Contact us at support@aurum-labs.co as soon as possible with your order reference. Once dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible to return it — see our Returns Policy.
Yes — for bulk orders, institutional purchasing, or wholesale enquiries please contact us via the About page and select “Wholesale / bulk order”. We can accommodate larger volumes with custom pricing for verified research institutions and laboratories.
Shipping
We ship to the UK, most EU member states, Switzerland, UAE, South Africa, Mexico and Brazil. We cannot ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Norway or Denmark due to import restrictions on research chemicals.
Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours of payment clearance. UK delivery: 1–3 business days tracked. EU delivery: 3–7 business days tracked. International (UAE, South Africa, Mexico, Brazil): 5–10 business days. Tracking information is emailed upon dispatch.
All orders are packed with a cold-pack insert to maintain 2–8°C during transit. Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for short periods, but we cold-ship as standard to ensure maximum compound integrity.
UK shipping is £8.50 per order, tracked. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
If any item arrives damaged or your order is incomplete, contact us at support@aurum-labs.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Quality & Testing
Every production batch is tested by an accredited independent third-party laboratory before release. Testing includes HPLC purity analysis and mass spectrometry identity confirmation. The Certificate of Analysis includes the lot number, test date, purity result and analyst details.
Each product page links to the current batch CoA as a downloadable PDF. The lot number on your vial label matches the lot number on the CoA. If you need a CoA for a specific historical batch, contact us with your order reference.
Testing is performed by accredited third-party analytical chemistry laboratories. We do not conduct in-house testing on the same batches we supply — the independence of testing is fundamental to our quality assurance process. Laboratory details are available on request.
Any batch that does not meet our minimum purity specifications is rejected and destroyed — it never ships. We then work with our synthesis partners to identify and correct the issue before a new batch is produced and retested.
Storage & Handling
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term stability. They can be kept at 2–8°C for up to 3 months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Keep vials sealed until use and protect from moisture and light. Shelf life is typically 24 months when stored correctly at -20°C.
Use bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) for reconstitution. Add the water slowly down the side of the vial, do not shake vigorously. Gently swirl until fully dissolved. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within 28 days.
This is completely normal. Lyophilised peptides are extremely light — microgram and milligram quantities often appear as a barely-visible white residue or film on the bottom and sides of the vial. The product is present; it simply has very low mass.
Reconstituted peptides should be stored in their original vial at 2–8°C rather than in a syringe. Draw up only what is needed for each use. Use a new needle each time and minimise punctures through the rubber stopper.
Legal & Compliance
Research peptides are not scheduled substances under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 in the UK and are legal to purchase for legitimate laboratory research purposes. They are not licensed medicines and cannot be sold as such. Purchasers are responsible for confirming the legal status of specific compounds in their jurisdiction.
Some jurisdictions (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Norway, Denmark) have specific import restrictions on research peptides or require special licences for importation. We err on the side of caution and do not ship to these destinations.
Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Damaged, incorrect, or defective items will be replaced or refunded in full. Contact support@aurum-labs.co within 48 hours of delivery. Full details in our Returns Policy.
We collect only the data necessary to process and deliver your order. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy. For data requests or deletion, contact support@aurum-labs.co.
A VAT invoice is automatically generated and emailed with every order confirmation. If you need a duplicate invoice or a specific format for institutional purchasing, contact us at support@aurum-labs.co with your order reference.
