For orders to the EU.

EU orders are shipped duties paid — there’s nothing to pay on delivery.

  • At checkout you’ll see a line called “Import VAT and customs handling, prepaid”.
  • It covers your country’s import VAT, the EU customs duty (€3 per product type on orders up to €150) and the carrier’s handling fee.
  • We pay this at the border on your behalf, so there are no fees at the door.
  • If a carrier ever asks you to pay, pay to release the parcel and email the receipt to support@aurum-labs.co. We’ll refund it.
